Florida Housing has unveiled a new program offering $77 million towards affordable homeownership through the GO Zone Act.  This money is available through the Single Family Mortgage Revenue Bond program (bond program) which provides 30-year, fixed rate mortgages at competitive interest rates, along with down payment and closing costs assistance for eligible consumers.

Program Highlights:

• Low interest rate 30-year fixed-rate mortgage, currently at 6.2% and subject to change.
• 4% Grant to be used towards down payment, closing costs or prepaids
• On a purchase price of $250,000, you get $10,000 FREE.
• 3% Seller concessions allowed
• Little or No closing costs to Buyer

• Broward, Dade-Miami and Palm Beach County income limits adjusted by family size

• $525,090 maximum sales price

Broward County Low Interest Loan

Broward County is offering a low interest loan program to county residents.

Program Highlights:

• 5.69% interest rate (subject to change)
• NO Grant
• 1 point disount
• 1 point origination

Eligibility:

• Primary residence
• Income limits adjusted by family size

• $525,000 maximum sales price

Dade County Low Interest Loan

Dade County is offering a low interest loan program to county residents.

Program Highlights:

• 5.79% interest rate (subject to change)
• NO Grant
• 1 point disount
• 1 point origination
