A home must be appealing to a potential buyer. A cluttered or poorly decorated home will not be a positive impression. Clear away all clutter and get rid of items you don’t want or use. An organized home appears to be well-cared for and looks more roomier. Unless you use your small appliances such as toaster, blender, etc. daily find a place to store them besides on the countertop. Clear the coffee table and put out a couple of magazines and a bowl of fruit. Keep the throw pillows on the couch to a minimum. Clean carpets and drapes, vacuum the blinds. Make sure your lawn is free of trash neatly trimmed, etc. Make your home look like a model home and you will have a better chance of selling your home within a reasonable time.
