December's statewide existing home sales were 28.9 percent higher than state wide sales in November.  In December existing condo sales rose 37.7 percent over the total units sold in November. Sales of existing homes  rose 6.5 percent nationally. This is the time for homebuyers to take advantage of lower home prices. Experts in the business are foreseeing positive improvements for home sales  in the near future.
